عاجل واكيد................تم التاكد بصفة نهائية من صدور الزيادة في الاجور والمقدرة ب:300د خام على مرتب شهر جوان 2015 بعد اعادة سحب(deuxiem tirage) مرتب جوان 2015 في طبعته النهائية والتي تحوي الزيادة المذكورة علما وان الطبعة النهائيةالسابقة تم التراجع فيها عن ادراج الزيادة في الاجور بسبب خطأ قانوني كاد يحول دون صدور هذه الزيادة للعلم بلغت القيمة الجملية الصافية لهذا الزيادة مقدار يتراوح بين:220د و 230د في حين بلغت القيمة الشهرية الصافية لهذه الزيادة مقدار يتراوح بين: 30د و 36د ويعود الفارق في الزيادة الشهرية والزيادة <script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); </script>الجملية من مرتب الى آخر باعتبار ان الاقتطاعات الشهرية(اقتطاعات التقاعد والحيطة الاجتماعيةوالضريبة على الدخل) تختلف من مرتب الى آخر على قاعدة انه كل ما ارتفع المرتب يرتفع نسبيا مقدار الاقتطاعات وكل ما انخفض المرتب ينخفض نسبيا مقدار الاقتطاعات علما وان عملية احتساب هذ الاقتطاعات والضرائب يتم حسب قوانين وقواعد علمية مضبوطة يطول شرحها....
الاقتطاع على شهر جويلية وليس جوان(قتطاع الاضراب ان تم اصلا)

ليكن في علم جميع المترشّحين للمناظرتين الخارجيتين بالإختبارات لانتداب أساتذة المدارس الإبتدائيّة ،و أساتذة التّعليم الثانوي ،أنّ موعد إجراء المناظرتين حدّد ليوم الأحد 10 ماي 2015 .<script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); </script>علما بأنّ الإستدعاءات يمكن أن تسحب من الشبكة التربويّة بداية من يوم 30أفريل ،و قد تتواصل إلى غاية صبيحة يوم المناظرة .

Par موارد المعلم le 1 Avril 2015 à 15:42في اجتماع مجلس نواب الشعب الذي تواصل حتى ساعات متأخرة من ليلة البارحة الثلاثاء 31 مارس 2015 تمت المصادقة منذ قليل على قانون منح كل العاطلين عن العمل المتحصلين على شهادة الاستاذية أو ما يعادلها في مختلف الاختصاصات و الذين تجاوزوا سن ال 30 منحة شهرية ب 225 دينار على أن يتقدم كل من تت<script async="" src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); </script>وفر فيه الشروط بملف ترشح للغرض يرسل في أجل أقصاه 25 افريل 2015.
و جدير بالتذكير أن إحدى النقاط الأساسية التي ركزت عليها جل الأحزاب السياسية في حملاتها الإنتخابية الفارطة كانت تقديم منحة لأصحاب الشهائد العليا المعطلين عن العمل و فيما إختلفت القيمة فإن لا أحد منهم قد تحدث عن شروط للحصول عليها.

Technology before pedagogySadly, educators see the latest gadgets and feel the need to use them without giving a thought to ‘why’. Education is all about purpose. Integrating technologies into our learning environmentsneeds to be relevant and purposeful; it needs to make learning easier and more engaging for our students. Ask yourself ….. Why am I using this technology and how will it improve learning in my classroom? Think Pedagogy (and curriculum) before Technology.Technology as a toyToo often in classrooms around the world I see technology used as a toy. Technology needs to be used as a tool to support learning, not as a gadget or a toy (as much as we all love them). The students that we educate in today’s 21st century learning environments are digital natives and are the leaders of tomorrow. They use technology as a toy in their own time. In schools, we need to use technology to teach them lifelong learning skills for the future.Technology to fill in timeTechnology should be used as a learning tool, not as a tool to fill in time or to keep students ‘busy’. Every spare moment in our classrooms should be packed full of engaging, learning opportunities. هيثم إبن مدينة عقبة آبن نافع قتل على يد كتيبة عقبة إبن نافع و أمه تدرس بمدرسة عقبة إبن نافع....

مشقة المهنة تتأتى من كون ساعات العمل في التدريس هي ساعات مركزة و موجهة كليا للعمل و لا غير العمل بحكم طبيعة المهنة في حد ذاتها و التعامل مع صغار و مراهقين في مراحل عمرية صعبة التحكم و التسيير ... و لا تتوفر بها الأريحية الفكرية و العصبية المتوفرة في غالبية القطاعات الأخرى ( التأني في العمل + التنقل بين المكاتب + إحتساء القهوة + التحدث و الفضفضة مع الزملاء + المكيفات و السخانات + التمدد و التمطط و حتى النوم + الضحك و اللعب و الفدلكة + الخروج لقضاء الشؤون الخاصة + الجلوس بالمقهى لساعات + الفايسبوك + ... ) و كل ذلك لا يوجد إطلاقا في مهنة التدريس لأنها تتطلب تركيزا تاما و نهائيا مع الدرس و التلاميذ ... تتولد عنها ضغوطات متنوعة من كل جانب : ضغط الدرس + ضغط وقت الدرس + ضغط البرنامج +ضغط طرق التدريس و وسائله + ضغط مدى نجاح العملية التعليمية + ضغط التفاعل و التجاوب مع الدرس + ضغط الكم العددي للتلاميذ في الفصل + ضغط معوقات التعلم + ضغط سلوكيات التلاميذ المنحرفة أو المستهترة و كل تلميذ و تصرفاته + ضغط وضع القاعة و مدى نظافتها و تنظيمها + ضغط الأبواب و النوافذ المكسرة + ضغط الأصوات الصادرة من خارج القاعة سواء من قاعات أخرى أو من خارج المعهد ... <script async src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js"></script><script>(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); </script>و كل هذه الضغوطات يجريها الأستاذ أو المعلم في عمليات ذهنية في نفس التوقيت و في نفس اللحظات ... بما يشكل إرهاقا فكريا و عصبيا يفوق تحمل الطاقة البشرية ... لهذا تقدر ساعة عمل في التدريس علميا و صحيا و طبيا ب : ما بين 4 و 7 ساعات عمل بدني أو إداري عادي ... أي 18 ساعة عمل في الأسبوع تقدر في الأصل بما يزيد عن 72 ساعة عمل ... لذلك يصاب عدد لا بأس به من المربين بأمراض مزمنة كالسكري و القلب و ضغط الدم ... و هو ما يفسر أيضا الجلطات و السكتات الدماغية و القلبية القاتلة لهم ... و من هنا تعرف و تصنف منهة التدريس على أنها مهنة شاقة ... و تزداد شقاءا مع تغير الأجيال التلميذية سلوكيا نحو الهيجان و الغليان و الفوضى و الإنحراف أكثر من ذي قبل ....
